Teachers and students

Environmental education is relatively new for microplastics, compared to other pollutants and contaminants. These materials were developed and tested during 2019 2021 in Southeast Michigan and are ready to use in the classroom.


The Kashian Aquatic Ecology Lab at Wayne State University developed a variety of teaching videos about plastic and microplastic pollution.
